Double Key Maintenance Columns Registry entry
Specifies which columns need to be double keyed before applying a maintenance.
A Vital Records Office may decide that maintenance changes must be double keyed. If so, this entry defines which columns must be double keyed.
The double keying of maintenance changes differs slightly to typical double keying of a record: when double keying a maintenance change it is only necessary to re-enter data that has changed as part of the maintenance. If data in a column listed in this entry has not changed, it is not necessary to re-enter the data.
